Bug - Removed most of Word Count

I was typing in my story and I double clicked for the toolbar and clicked the scene break. I wanted to undo adding the scene break so I clicked Command + Z (I have a Mac) then my word count of the day dropped from ~800 words to 20 words.

I logged out and logged back in and it still said 20 words. I did start typing again and it is counting my words as normal.

Last thing I will mention is that I believe I have used the undo shortcut (Command + Z) successfully before so I am not sure what happened this time.
