Hi Tarryn. I recently upgraded my subscription to a paid one (yay!), but there was mild faff involved. Having clicked on the version I wanted to subscribe to, I wasn't directed to enter my payment info, then to process payment. Instead I had to go back to my profile, enter payment details (which I hadn't done when I subscribed to the free version), then go back to click on the subscription I wanted. Probably something worth making smoother 😊
