Updating icons next to scenes

I would love to have the ability to update the icons to the left of the scenes on the left-hand side of the manuscript page (see photo for what I am referencing.

They could be emojis to represent your scene type (Love scene = heart, battle scene = swords etc.) OR emojis/icons to represent the stage that scene is in (not started, currently drafting, done drafting, editing, complete, etc).
